Two PECC reports were circulated at “Public Private Partnership (PPP) Forum” (9 February 2010, Melbourne), which was sponsored by ABAC under the chairmanship of ABAC Japan, the advisory Group for APEC Financial System Capacity Building, the Australian APEC Study Centre at RMIT University, and the Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development (DIIRD) of the State Government of Victoria, Australia:
