Intended as a practical contribution to the \;APEC AI Initiative\, the session will simulate a fictional but plausible cross-border disruption to \;regional shippin g and trade.\nWorking in two parallel sub-regions—the North Pacific and th e South Pacific—participants \;drawn from across the regionʼs stakehol ders will respond to new information as it emerges\, making \;decision s under conditions of uncertainty\, competing interpretations and time pre ssure.
