2. Registration

Participants are requested to fill the attached Registration Form and send it via fax or email to KOPEC as indicated on the form no later than September 17.

| 3. Accommodations and Reservations |
KOPEC has made a block reservation of rooms at the Westin Chosun Hotel and Seoul Plaza Hotel at discounted rates. The Seoul Plaza Hotel is located just across the street from the Westin Chosun Hotel and can be reached through an underground walkway. It is about a 5-minute walk.
To reserve, participants are requested to fill in the reservation details on the Registration Form. Reservation made after September 17 will be subject to room availability.

From Incheon International Airport
1) KAL Limousine Bus
The KAL Limousine Bus may be the best way to get to the hotels easily. It stops at the Westin Chosun Hotel and Seoul Plaza Hotel. Tickets are available at the airport limousine counters in the arrival terminal.

Travel Time: 70 minutes
Running Time: Every 20 minutes
Fare: KRW 13,000 (one way)

3) Pick-up Service
Any participant wishing to arrange pick-up service can request it on the hotel reservation form. The cost for pick-up service is approximately KRW 120,000 to KRW 130,000 per vehicle.
