Trade Forum Meeting Phuket 25 May 2003

The 2003 APEC Study Center Consortium meeting carries the theme "Extending and Reaching out the Benefits of APEC".

The PECC Trade Forum held a joint session on the 25 May 2003 focusing on the new RTA development in the Asia-Pacific region, and ways in which these RTAs might develop so as to support APEC objectives and the multilateral trading system. At the concluding session the Trade Forum will introduce its preliminary consideration of the content for the possible "RTA Common Understanding".
